AWA Members Exhibit 2026

This exhibit is open to AWA members only and entry is free.  You can join AWA or renew your membership online at AWA Membership before registering for the exhibit.

Registration Begins:  March 1, 2026.    Online Registration Only. Contact Becky or Christine if you are unable to enter online.

Entry Due:  April 17, 2026 

Artwork:    Only 2 dimensional, wall-hung artwork can be accepted (2 piece limit)     The hospital art exhibit program is intended to contribute to the healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff.   Please be sensitive to this when selecting imagery.

Artwork drop off: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 9:00-10:30 am

Artwork must have a sturdy horizontal hanging wire across the back. No sawtooth brackets.   Securely fasten a label to the back of your artwork with your name, contact information, and artwork title.

Artwork pickup:  Saturday, May 30, 2026, 9:00-10:30 am.

Artwork drop off and pickup:  UW Children's Hospital Entrance, 1675 Highland Avenue, Madison, WI, in the lobby 

Exhibit Location:  Surgical waiting room, UW Hospital, 600 Highland Ave., Madison, WI  

NOTE:  UW Hospitals requests a 20% commission on sales.
