Entry and Payment Due: Thursday, March 27, 2025 (2 piece limit). 
Register & pay online here by clicking on the black REGISTER button on the left.  If you do not wish to pay online,  print this form   WRAP Entry Form or request a form from coordinator.   Mail to Kylie with check payable to Village of Waunakee.

Note: The entry due date and artwork due date are earlier than those listed in the Timely Treasures calendar to accommodate a longer exhibit, April 6 - May 17, 2025.

Artwork due:  Sunday, April 6, 2025, 12 - 2 PM. Tabletop easels are required for most pieces.  If piece is larger than 20 x 26, please contact coordinator Kylie West to discuss display needs and options. All pieces will be accommodated regardless of size).    Also email artwork photos to Kylie with glass coverings removed.  If you have a conflict with drop off date, Kylie can accommodate artwork drop off at the Village Hall during the week of April 1-4.   Contact her at kwest@waunakee.com or 608-850-2182 to make arrangements.
